New Delhi : The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) Gujarat has announced Ajay Patel (Synthesis – Ahmedabad) as their new chairman for the 2021-23 term. The annual general meeting of CREDAI Gujarat was held in Udaipur and was chaired by Mr. Sandip Sheth. Over 200 developers across the state attended the meeting.
At the annual general assembly, new officers were elected for the 2021-23 term, in which Mr. HemantPatel (Shrikunj – Vadodara) was elected as President, Mr. Neelam Doshi, Hon. Secretary (Civic Organizer – Ahmedabad) and others were elected.
On this occasion, Mr. Ajay Patel said, “It is my honor and pleasure to be elected Chairman of the Gujarat Real Estate Development Board. I thank all members for their support. With the cooperation of all members and guidance from the seniors, I am confident that I can address real estate issues on behalf of CREDAI Gujarat.
Gujarat is one of the fastest growing states in India and the state’s real estate sector has grown tremendously over the past few decades. The sector meets the emerging needs of government and the public in the infrastructure sector. I am committed to advocating the construction industry’s views and expectations in collaboration with government agencies in order to formulate constructive policies for the construction industry in the near future.
It should be mentioned that CREDAI is connected to 39 member associations of different cities in Gujarat and its 11,000 members are represented by this organization. We will work actively to provide citizens with better infrastructure and to increase labor welfare activities.
